Bio

Joe came to Graceland from Mustang, OK where he attended Mustang High School. His high school accomplishments include becoming an Oklahoma State Medalist, 2x State Qualifier and collected over 135 career wins. After MHS, he attended Hannibal-LaGrange University where he was a 2019 NAIA National Qualifier and 2x American Midwest Conference Runner-up while collecting over 40 wins over two seasons.

2020-2021: Joe competed at 125lbs. for the Yellowjackets. Joe qualified for the NAIA National Championships after placing 2nd at the Heart of America Athletic Conference Championships. Joe was voted Pound for Pound team award and Newcomer team award.

2021-2022: Joe compete at 133lbs. For the Yellowjackets. Joe qualified for the NAIA National Championships and became an NAIA All-American placing 4th. He qualified for Nationals after placing 3rd at the Heart of America Athletic Conference Championships. Joe was voted Most Valuable team award, Pound for Pound team award, and Leadership team award. He was also recognized as Graceland’s Senior Male Athlete of the Year. He was also selected as Team Captain.
