Direct all phases of summer camp programs and coaching clinics including but not limited to; Marketing and promotions, Hiring of staff and overseeing payroll, Administrative oversight of day-to-day camp operations.

Head Volleyball Coach, University of Sioux Falls, Sioux Falls, South Dakota — 2011-2020

Responsible for leading the USF program through the final stage of its transition into the NCAA Division II. Developing the program from a losing NAIA record into a nationally ranked top-25 NCAA program.

Head Volleyball Coach, University of Georgia, Athens, Georgia — 2007-2010

Transformed the direction of the UGA program from the bottom of the Southeastern Conference to a nationally recognized program in the SEC. Back-to-Back top 25 nationally ranked recruiting classes (2008-2009) Captured the inaugural (2008) SEC Beach Volleyball Championship.

Head Volleyball Coach, Winthrop University, Rock Hill, South Carolina — 2001-2006

With an overall coaching record of 167-49 in six seasons, managed the program to five straight Big South Conference Championships and subsequent NCAA post season tournament appearances.
