Graceland’s Kaden Edwards Named Heart Offensive Player of the Week

LAMONI, Iowa – Graceland University freshman forward Kaden Edwards has been named the Heart of America Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week for Week Three, the league announced Monday.

Edwards delivered a standout performance by scoring three goals over two matches. The highlight came in a 4-2 victory over then-undefeated Benedictine, where Edwards netted two crucial goals to power the Yellowjackets to the win. Earlier in the week, he added another goal against Mount Mercy to cap a stellar offensive showing.

The award marks Edwards' first career Heart weekly honor and highlights the immediate impact the freshman has made on the 2025 Yellowjacket squad.
