Nick Coleman Earns Heart Men's Basketball Honors

LAMONI - Announced by the Heart of America Athletic Conference (Heart) earlier today, Nick Coleman has been tabbed as a Heart Men's Basketball All-Conference Honorable Mention selection.

Coleman played his entire four-year collegiate career in a Yellowjacket uniform. The 6'1 guard from Kansas City, Mo. led the team in scoring, assists, and steals this season as a senior.

He averaged 16.1 points per game, 4.1 assists per game, and 1.2 steals per game in 20 games this season. Each statistical category was a team-high for Graceland.

Interim head coach Ernest Shand commented on Nick's accomplishment and the impact he's had on the men's basketball program. "Nick is a 4-year guy who has given everything he could to us and has been a vital part of the history of Graceland Men's Basketball", said Shand. "He's witnessed and contributed to the peak of our success here. Earning this accolade only further validates his impact on our program. We're truly proud of Nick and couldn't be more happy for him; this recognition was well-earned."
