Coach Randy Lee joins the Graceland University football staff with nearly two decades of coaching experience and a lifelong dedication to developing athletes across multiple sports, including baseball, softball, lacrosse, soccer, and most notably, football. His diverse background and unwavering commitment to excellence have made him a respected leader on and off the field.

Prior to Graceland, Coach Lee served as the defensive coordinator at Valor Christian High School in Colorado, one of the premier high school football programs in the state. During his tenure, he led a dominant defensive unit that allowed just 12 points per game on average. Under his guidance, Valor Christian posted an impressive 15-3 record and secured a third-place finish in Colorado’s most competitive division. His defenses were known for their physicality, multiple shutouts, and ability to adapt schemes and coverages to neutralize opposing offenses.

Coach Lee is widely recognized for his energy, strategic vision, and relentless pursuit of excellence. He brings a proven track record of success, leadership, and defensive acumen to the Graceland program. Committed to continuing the growth of Yellowjackets football, Coach Lee is excited to contribute to a winning culture and help elevate the team to new heights.
