Lewis, Ross and Monroe Earn 2022 Heart North Football All-Conference Awards
Overland Park, Kan. – The Heart of America Athletic Conference announced its 2022 Heart Football North Division All-Conference team. Cade Ross was named Freshman of the Year, Gerald Monroe earned Co-Offensive Player of the Year, and James Lewis was named Assistant Coach of the Year.

Ross threw for 2,194 yards and 20 touchdowns this season and ran for four touchdowns for the Yellowjackets in his first season.
Heart North Football All-Conference; Co-Offensive Player of the Year
Gerald Monroe | Fr. | Wide Receiver | Glenn Heights, Texas
In his first season with the Yellowjackets, he had 93 receptions for 1,518 yards and 16 receiving touchdowns. Those are the most receiving yards in a season by a player in the history of the conference.
James Lewis was named the Heart North Football All-Conference; Co-Assistant Coach of the Year in his first season with the Yellowjackets.
