Compas Captures Second Heart Men’s Basketball Player of the Week

Overland Park, Kan. – The Heart of America Conference (HAAC) has announced the conference Men's Basketball Player of the Week for week seven ending Sunday, February 12. For the second time this season, Seth Compas of Graceland University was selected the Heart Men's Basketball Player of the Week.

The senior guard helped lead the Yellowjackets to two victories last week, a 76-65 win over Grand View and a 68-65 win over Baker.

In the two wins, he averaged 22 points per game and was nearly perfect from the free-throw line, shooting, 12-of-13 for 92.3-percent.

He also shot 50-percent from three-point range on 6-of-12 and had four blocks against Baker. He also earned the award on January 2
