Bio

Shawn came to Graceland from Monett, MO where he attended Monett High School. His high school accomplishments include placing 5th at the Missouri State Tournament his senior year. After MHS, Shawn attended Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College where he became a NJCAA All-American and was a member of the 2016 NJCAA National Championship team.

2018-2019: Shawn competed at 285lbs. and earned a varsity letter as a junior. Shawn was a Heart of America Athletic Conference Champion and earned All-American status by placing 4^th at the NAIA National Championships. He also placed 5^th at Coe College Invite, 1^st at Luther Hill Invite, 1^st at Central Under Armour Invitational and 8^th at Missouri Valley Invitational. Shawn lead the team in wins, falls and decisions. Shawn was voted for team award “Most Valuable” and “Newcomer” while also receiving recognition as Graceland’s Male Overall, Winter Sport and Junior Athlete of the Year.
