Bio

Matt came to Graceland from Indianola, IA where he attended Indianola High School. His high school accomplishments include qualifying for the IA State Tournament 3 times, placing 6th, 6th at the IA State Tournament and collecting 132 career wins. After IHS, Matt attended Central College.

2014-2015: Matt transferred to Graceland and used the season as a red-shirt year as a sophomore.

2015-2016: Matt was projected to compete at 184lbs. until he encountered an injury that ended his season.

2016-2017: Matt competed at 174lbs. and earned a varsity letter as a redshirt junior. Matt placed 3^rd at the Coe Turkey Invite and Consolation Champion at the Buena Vista University Open.
