After assisting the Yellowjacket softball team over the past seasons, former Yellowjacket star Bryn (Degraw) Braddock was named head softball coach in May of 2012. The 2013 campaign will be the first under the tutelage of Braddock.
After coaching Lamoni High School to a co-conference championship and a second-place finish, Braddock went on to join Team Alberta at the Canada Summer Games. Next, she played for the Calahoo 86ers and the Edmonton Bandits before finishing up with the Team Canada Women's Baseball Team.
Bryn is currently working on her graduate degree in Education at Graceland after receiving her Bachelor's degree, also in Education. Braddock is married to Clayton Braddock, also an assistant coach on the softball team. The two have a baby girl, Rilyn, who turned one in April.
