Coach Hamilton is entering his Sixth year at Graceland University and fifth as the Head Men's Basketball Coach. During the 2011-2012 campaign the Jackets went an impressive 20-11, the first winning season as well as 20 win season in 15 years.
Last year's successes included a first round conference post season win, advancing to the semi-final game for the first time in several years. After the conclusion of the season the Jackets set a program record with four all-conference honors including the Runner-Up POY and Honorable Mention-All American Brad Burgus.
During each of the last three season Coach Hamilton's squads have improved their overall record, conference record and conference standing; the only HAAC basketball program to accomplish such a feat during that time.
With an exciting recruiting class and the return of a strong nucleus Hamilton is expecting great things from the 2012-2013 Men's Basketball team and expects the program to take another step forward.
